BUSINESS, IN SYNC
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of SyncCommit ERP and purchases of its per-user Premium access. Read the Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy together with these terms. Mandatory consumer and privacy rights are not excluded.
Effective and last updated: 19 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-19
1. Service and operator
SyncCommit ERP provides a browser-based ERP workspace for managing business records. Service operator and customer contact: Ramachandiran; mramachandiran9@gmail.com; +91 96299 39175; 608, 2nd floor, 1st block, Mogappair West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600037, India.
Use is for lawful business purposes by adults authorized to act for themselves or their organization. A separately signed enterprise agreement can add service levels, processing terms or support arrangements. Standard website access does not include a negotiated enterprise SLA or regulatory certification.
2. Accounts and organization permissions
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and report suspected misuse. Workspace administrators are responsible for approving users and role permissions and for the organization’s lawful use of uploaded records. Do not share an account to avoid per-user subscription charges.
You remain responsible for the accuracy, lawful collection and disclosure of your content. You retain your rights in that content and permit us to process it as needed to provide and secure the service. Do not upload unlawful content, malicious files, unauthorized personal data or data requiring safeguards not agreed for the service.
3. Trial, price and access period
New eligible users receive a seven-day trial. The first eligible monthly Premium purchase costs INR 1 per user, once. Subsequent monthly purchases cost INR 599 per user. The annual option costs INR 7,188 per user for 12 calendar months; it does not add the introductory monthly offer.
Premium applies to the paying user, not automatically to every account in the organization. A verified purchase grants one calendar month or 12 calendar months as selected. If you renew before expiry, the term extends existing paid access. Month-end dates are adjusted to a valid calendar date.
The displayed checkout amount is the amount requested for that purchase; verify it before authorizing payment. Applicable invoice and tax treatment depend on the operator’s actual registration and legal obligations. We do not publish an unverified GST number or present a payment acknowledgment as a statutory tax invoice.
4. Manual renewals and cancellation
The current product does not create an automatic recurring mandate or debit. Renewal requires a new customer-authorized payment. If you do not renew, paid access ends at the displayed expiry date.
You can record cancellation under Account → Payment support. Cancellation alone does not refund a completed payment or instantly erase your workspace. Unless a refund changes the relevant access, existing paid access continues until its expiry. Refund eligibility and the request process are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5. Payment verification and service delivery
Razorpay and your bank handle payment authorization. Access is granted only after the server verifies the payment’s order, amount, currency and captured status. A successful bank debit alone is not proof that the merchant received a captured payment.
Pending, failed and refunded transactions are handled according to verified provider records. Do not repeatedly pay while a debit is unresolved. Use Payment history → Check status or submit a payment-support case with the transaction reference. Activation is ordinarily applied after verification, but provider, network or service incidents can delay it. Contact support if a captured payment does not activate access.
Demo data is fictional and must not be represented as your organization’s actual transactions. Optional email or AI integrations require provider configuration. Review availability before relying on those optional features.
6. Acceptable use and service boundaries
Do not attempt unauthorized access, defeat payment/permission checks, introduce malware, abuse other users, or use the service for prohibited goods or services. We may proportionately restrict access for security, unlawful activity, material breach or a legal requirement, explaining the reason where permitted.
You must validate your business outputs and keep appropriate independent records. Accounting, payroll, tax and specialized industry requirements depend on your business and jurisdiction. The service and AI suggestions do not replace qualified professional advice or a statutory compliance assessment.
7. Availability, changes and responsibility
We maintain and improve the service, but standard access does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular user capacity or a particular recovery time. Planned changes, outages and provider failures may affect access. Report a material failure using the published contact or payment-support tools.
Price changes apply to future purchases after clear notice/display; they do not retrospectively change an already purchased term. If we discontinue a paid service, contact support regarding unused prepaid access and remedies required by applicable law.
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights relating to fraud, deliberate misconduct, data protection or consumer remedies. Any contractual limitation in a separately negotiated business agreement must remain subject to applicable law.
8. Complaints, disputes and applicable law
For service, billing or grievance requests, contact Ramachandiran at mramachandiran9@gmail.com or +91 96299 39175, or write to 608, 2nd floor, 1st block, Mogappair West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600037, India. We aim to acknowledge within two business days and provide a substantive response or progress update within seven business days. Provider/bank investigation times can be longer; applicable legal deadlines take priority.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service operator in India, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you elsewhere. The courts and competent forums having jurisdiction under applicable law remain available. The contact process does not remove a right to approach a competent consumer, privacy or other authority.
