Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy distinguishes a failed bank debit from a refund of money actually captured by the merchant. Refunds are returned through the payment provider to the original payment method; a different bank account or UPI address cannot be nominated in the ERP.
Effective and last updated: 19 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-19
1. Failed or pending payment but your bank was debited
If Razorpay has not captured the payment, the ERP cannot refund money it has not received. The bank/payment network may reverse or reconcile the debit. We will help trace a reported discrepancy using the order/payment identifier, amount, time and bank UTR/RRN. A merchant refund is not fabricated for an uncaptured payment.
Check Payment history before trying again. If a bank debit remains unresolved, open Account → Payment support → Failed debit / bank reversal, or contact us. Include the transaction reference; never send your CVV, banking password, OTP or UPI PIN. A failed-debit reversal time is controlled by the bank/provider, and we do not promise an instant reversal.
2. Captured payment with a service or activation failure
If your payment was captured but Premium did not activate, we first verify the provider record and attempt to restore the paid access without charging again. If we cannot provide the purchased access, you can request a refund of the affected captured charge.
Submit a request promptly with the payment reference and description of the failure. We check capture, service delivery, prior refunds and any relevant dispute before deciding. Statutory remedies are preserved, and we do not treat a checkout screenshot alone as proof that a captured payment was received.
3. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges
Verified duplicate charges for the same purchase, and amounts collected in error, are eligible for correction/refund. We reconcile payment identifiers and previous refunds to avoid issuing the same refund twice. Separate deliberate renewals or annual purchases are not automatically duplicates.
A duplicate or incorrect-charge request must identify the affected payments where available. If you cannot locate a payment in the ERP, open a support case with your bank reference so the discrepancy can be investigated.
4. Cancellation of a successful subscription
Renewals are manual; there is no automatic debit mandate in the current product. You can record cancellation in Payment support and choose not to make another purchase. Cancellation alone leaves the existing paid period available until its expiry.
For a successfully delivered subscription, a change-of-mind cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. You may still submit a request; we review the facts, the purchased service, any separate agreement and applicable legal rights.
A processed full refund can end the associated Premium access. Unrelated paid periods or separately granted access are preserved; unusual access histories are reviewed explicitly rather than silently removing another entitlement. Partial refunds require a proportionate review and do not automatically delete your account or business records.
5. How to request and track a refund
Sign in and open Account → Payment support. Select the relevant payment, choose the issue and explain it. The request receives a case reference and can be tracked there. You can also email mramachandiran9@gmail.com, call +91 96299 39175, or write to 608, 2nd floor, 1st block, Mogappair West, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600037, India.
We aim to acknowledge within two business days and provide a decision or a meaningful progress update within seven business days. Complex provider/bank investigations can require more time; we will explain what remains outstanding. These are support targets, not a waiver or extension of a mandatory legal deadline.
Submitting a request does not mean that a refund has been approved or credited. The app distinguishes review, refund submission, pending, processed and failed states. An administrator must verify an ordinary captured-payment refund before submitting it.
6. Original method, amount and processing time
Approved merchant refunds are requested against the verified original Razorpay payment. They go to the original card, bank account, UPI payment source or other original method as handled by Razorpay and the bank. We do not divert refunds to a new beneficiary or send refunds as an unrelated payout.
For an approved full refund, we request the refundable amount remaining against that payment after previous refunds. The same captured amount cannot be refunded twice. A provider rejection, insufficient merchant balance or other processing problem is shown for follow-up; it is not represented as a successful credit.
Razorpay describes normal refunds as generally taking 5–7 working days after initiation. Your bank may need additional time to display the credit, and payment-method/network conditions can differ. “Processed” is the provider’s processing status; contact us and your bank with the refund reference if the credit is not visible. We do not guarantee an instant bank credit.
7. Digital service and escalation
SyncCommit Premium is digital access; physical shipping and return of goods do not apply. This does not remove cancellation, refund, non-delivery, duplicate-charge or other rights that apply to the purchase.
If a request is unresolved, reply with the case/refund reference so the operator can review it. You can also raise the payment discrepancy with Razorpay or your bank, and use the competent complaint/dispute mechanism available under applicable law. We cooperate with valid payment disputes and preserve the relevant evidence.
